Can you sharpen the knives with a regular knife sharpener?

Yes, you can easily use a regular knife sharpener on both of our knife types. However, sharpening our ceramic knives may take a bit longer, as they are made of harder ceramic steel with a hardness of 64 HRC, compared to our stainless steel knives, which have a hardness of 58 HRC.
